A background check is required in order to access base on race day. Failure to do so will deny you access. All civilian DBIDS requests must be completed by Friday, 5 December 2025. Deadline for Early Registration with Guaranteed shirt:  Monday, November 24, 2025.

Deadline for Regular registration with guaranteed shirt: Friday, December 5, 2025.

Deadline for Late Registration Race Entry-(No Shirt) is Thursday, December 18, 2025 but we will have On-Site Race-Day Registration!

Age Category & Overall Results with the following information (First name,, Last name, Gender, Age) will be posted to the MCCS Hawaii Race Page as well as Photos & Videos of the event and the participants.
