Reservations are accepted on an as-received basis for all authorized TAD/TDY/PCS personnel who are traveling on official government orders not more than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Before securing other temporary accommodations not listed here, a statement of “non-availability” must be obtained from Marine Lodge Cherry Point Inn first, which must be submitted with your travel claim. All others will be accepted based on space availability. Space available travelers should call the front desk to inquire about the current reservation policy. All reservations require a credit card to reserve. Space-A reservations are subject to cancellation to accommodate TAD/TDY/PCS personnel who are traveling on official government orders. Group reservations can be made up to six months prior to the arrival date.

Advance reservations must be canceled by 6pm on the date of arrival or a charge of one-night’s stay will be applied to the credit card on file.

 

Pets are not allowed in any lodging facilities. A Certificate of Non-Availability will NOT be issued because of pets. Pets must be boarded if on orders.
