Due to the weather forecast calling for winter weather, MCCS will be adjusting operating hours for Saturday, 31 January and Sunday, 1 February as follows:
- Troop Store will operate under a modified schedule - 0800-1800 (tentative based on weather conditions)
- MCX Main Exchange, Package Store, Food, and Recreation activities will be closed.
- Library and Marine & Family Programs will be closed.
- Devil Dog Gym will continue to operate 24-hour access for Active Duty personnel, and the Marine Dome will remain on standby as a warming center.
- Essential personnel should reach out to their supervisors with any questions and continue to monitor the website, social media, and weather hotline for updates.

We have 35 concrete RV pads with full utility services waiting for you. Situated on the gorgeous Slocum Creek, this park includes a staffed office with a general store, restroom and shower facilities, lounge area, coin-operated laundry, and vending area. Pelican Point RV Park is within striking distance of the Sound of Freedom Golf Course and plenty of local eateries. The park is open year round.
Daily: $35
Weekly: $185
- Rates include water, sewer, 30/50 amp electric, expanded cable, and parking for one vehicle.

Late Check In: See park host – Lot 23
Patrons must check in at the Pelican Point RV Park office upon arrival and will be assigned lots based on length of stay and availability. If office is closed, Patron must check in with Park Host for assignment. (Lot 23) Patrons are not permitted to pull in to any unoccupied site without approval from the office or Host. Sites are not typically pre-assigned unless Park is at capacity then management will pre-assign sites based on Patron’s length of stay. Patrons may only use the site assigned by the office.We thank you for your cooperation and hope you enjoy your stay!
CHECK-IN: Starting at Noon
- Eligible Patrons (All Active Duty Military Personnel, Reservists, National Guard, Retirees, DoD and MCCS Employees are eligible to use the RV Park).
- A DoD Identification and Privilege card is required at the time of check-in. Sites will only be assigned to card-holding sponsor, or family member over the age of 21 (please note age requirement does not apply to spouses).
- Patrons must check in at the Pelican Point RV Park office upon arrival and will be assigned their lot based on length of stay and availability. Patrons may only use the site assigned by the office. No sites are pre-assigned.
- Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card at the RV Park office. If the Office is closed, see the Park Host. No personal checks will be accepted after office hours.
LATE CHECK IN: Call Us
- If you are unable to arrive before our office closes, a Park Host is available to assist you.
CHECK OUT: No Later Than 11 am
- Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of their assigned site.
- Tenants must insure that all trash and rubbish is placed in the dumpster located at the north end of the park.
- Remember to replace sewer covers/water faucet covers. Soak any gray water spills, pick up tank debris and report any black water spills to the host.
Guest Responsibility

Noise
- Patrons are expected to use common courtesy regarding noise (stereos, TVs, loud partying, noisy vehicles/motorcycles and pets). Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7:30 am daily.
Speed Limit
- 5 mph in the RV Park. Watch for children and adults.
Outdoor Fires/BBQs
- Outdoor fires/portable fire pits are not permitted. Charcoal or LP gas grills are authorized if used safely on concrete pads.
Trash
- Patron is responsible for disposing of trash at dumpster located on north end of park. No personal trashcans are permitted.
Not Permitted
- Vehicle washing
- Outdoor rugs, carpets and grills on grass areas
- Tents are not allowed on any site
- Clotheslines
- Storage sheds
Work Requests
- Report any malfunctions to the RV Park office or host.
Maximum Stay
- Three weeks

Payment
- Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card at the RV Park office. No personal checks will be accepted after office hours.
Pets
- Pets are allowed in the RV Park and are the responsibility of their owners and must be attended at all times, cleaned up after, kept off neighboring RV sites, and leashed at all times (leash may not exceed 10 feet).
- Refer to ASO 10570.1U for prohibited dog breeds.
