Injury Prevention for Runners

This program is an evidence-based parenting program with more than 30 years of ongoing research. It takes the guesswork out of parenting. The program consists of short briefs and seminars that give parents practical and easy approaches to managing their child’s behavior, helps prevent problems from developing, and helps build healthy and strong relationships.
