The class is relaxed, geared toward making the babies happy, and bonding attachment between babies and parents. Massage may aid in digestion, relief from tummy troubles, and improved sleep. Parents should wear comfortable clothes to get on the floor with their baby. Bring coconut oil or any food safe, cold-pressed oil.
