Outdoor Recreation is ready to hit the slopes. Join Outdoor Recreation on February 21 for a full day of fun. This chilly adventure will be at Saioto Ski Resort in Hiroshima. Upon arrival, participants can purchase lift tickets directly from the ski area.
- Departure: 7 AM from Bldg. 1010 (IronWorks South Gym)
- Return: 7:30 PM
- Cost: $30 for ages 12 & older | $25 for ages 3-11 (does NOT include the lift ticket)
- Lift tickets: Purchase at the ski area upon arrival

Equipment Reservations: Visit Outdoor Rec Gear Issue to reserve your ski or snowboard equipment on Tuesday, February 17, or Wednesday, February 18.
The location is subject to change due to snow conditions.
CASI Snowboard Class
Cost per person | $15
Let's start snowboarding with Canadian Snowboarding Association instructors! Lessons are available for beginners. Classes are held during our ski trip. Instruction takes about half a day to complete using the "CASI Quick Ride" system.
Instruction includes:
- Basics
- Sliding
- Control
- Turning and linking
Space is limited, so sign up now at the Outdoor Recreation office.
Registration
Registration is available at Outdoor Recreation until February 20.
