- Participants are required to follow MCAS Iwakuni Travel Guidelines for Aichi Prefecture.
- If the minimum number of guests needed for this tour (15) is not reached by FEB 17, the tour will be canceled and money will be refunded.
- If guest cancellation is made on or before FEB 17, tere is a $5 cancellation fee per person.
- If guest cancellation is made between FEB 18 and MAR 7, there is a one-night hotel fee and a $5 per person cancellation fee.
- If guest cancellation is made on or after MAR 7, there is no refund.
