Improve your mental health by joining us every Monday, June through August, at the Red Road of Atago Sports Complex! We will walk and talk about mental health for an hour! Meet us at 9 AM at the Atago Sports Complex, rain or shine! (For inclement weather, we will walk on the indoor track.)
